Yes. Pets up to 8 kg must travel in a carrier with a waterproof bottom or wear booties and a diaper. Larger pets can be transported in the cargo hold in an appropriate cage.
Total baggage weight must not exceed 350 kg, with a maximum volume of 5.5 cubic meters. Limits may vary depending on passenger count and route.
Wi-Fi is available on select aircraft (UP-EM025, UP-EM016 and UP-EM028). Data packages start at €350 for 50MB, €700 for 100MB, and €1,750 for 250MB.
Cancellation fees range from 10% to 100% of the service cost depending on timing — from confirmation up to 24 hours before departure. Contact us for full details.
De-icing during aircraft repositioning is considered an additional expense. This cost is borne by the charterer customer and invoiced separately.
