1. Conditions of Website Use
The User undertakes to use the Website exclusively for lawful purposes and in accordance with this document, as well as the applicable laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The User is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of any information they provide.

2. User Rights and Obligations
2.1. The User has the right to
(a) freely access publicly available information on the Website;
(b) submit enquiries, requests, and applications through the forms provided on the Website;
(c) receive complete and accurate information about the Operator’s Services;
(d) require the Operator to comply with the terms of this document.
2.2. The User undertakes to
(a) comply with the provisions of this document and the applicable laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
(b) provide accurate personal data when completing forms on the Website;
(c) refrain from any actions aimed at disrupting the normal functioning of the Website;
(d) not attempt unauthorised access to the Website’s resources and systems;
(e) not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use the Website Content for commercial purposes without the Operator’s prior written consent;
(f) not use automated tools (scripts, bots, scrapers) to extract information from the Website.

3. Operator Rights and Obligations
3.1. The Operator has the right to

(c) carry out preventive and technical maintenance that may result in temporary unavailability of the Website;

(a) ensure the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
(b) take reasonable measures to ensure the availability and operability of the Website;

4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property objects published on the Website, including but not limited to: texts, graphic images, photographs, design, trademarks (including the “Air Tengri” trademark), logos, software code, and audiovisual materials, are the property of the Operator or are used under lawful licence.

The Operator’s aggregate liability for any claims related to the use of the Website shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the Services that are the subject of the claim.
